10 Most Wanted Fugitives.
"The official FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list is maintained on the FBI website. This information may be copied and distributed, however, any unauthorized alteration of any portion of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives posters violates federal law (18 U.S.C., Section 709). Persons who make or reproduce these alterations are subject to prosecution and, if convicted, shall be fined or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.."

Vitel' Homme Innocent is the Leader of the gang Kraze Braye. It is reported that he and his gang ALLEGEDLY worked with the 400 Mawozo gang in October 2021, to kidnap 17 Christian missionaries in Hati. Five of the victims were children and were all ALLEGEDLY held at gunpoint for 61 days. In another instance, He kidnapped two more US citizens in October 2022 and one was killed in the attempted kidnapping.

Wilver Villegas-Palomino
Wilver Villegas-Palomino is a ranking member of the National Liberation Army (ELN) and is wanted for drug-trafficking activities for the ELN Northeastern War Front in the Catatumbo region of Colombia and in Venezuela. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Villegas-Palomino in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, Houston Division, on February 13, 2020, after he was charged with narco-terrorism, international cocaine distribution conspiracy, and international cocaine distribution.
